He is in charge for managing business registrations, compliance frameworks, and bookkeeping functions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence. He also coordinates audit engagements, including tax, statutory, company, and stock audits. Additionally, Mr. Agarwal oversees the preparation of CMA Reports, Project Reports, and projected financial statements, and provides financial consultancy to corporates and individuals, particularly in relation to financing and compliance structuring.
